The couple’s residences are in Orange County, California, and Salt Lake City, Utah, respectively. But according to the documents, “the true form and value of Petitioner’s separate property shall be ascertained at the time of trial or settlement.”

“The properties and duties that belong to society are few because of the limited time of marriage. What will be decided is the prenuptial agreement effective as of October 9, 2020.

David and Lesley’s Relationship

David, 57, and Lesley first went public with their relationship in January 2018.
