What happened between the couple?

Lesley and David Beador, who married less than two years ago, are set to file for divorce in court. The ex-husband of The Real Housewives of Orange County actress Shannon Beador, David Beador, filed for divorce from his wife Lesley Beador on Thursday. Shortly after divorcing Shannon, David began dating Lesley.

According to court documents that people were able to get, David claimed the breakup was due to irreconcilable disagreements. The now-divorced couple married on October 15, 2020, 23 months after David listed their separation as such (September 15, 2022).

Their 19-month-old daughter, Anna Love Beador, was born on February 5, 2021. According to the document, David is seeking joint legal and physical custody.

The couple resides in Orange County, California and Salt Lake City, Utah respectively. According to the documents, however, “the true form and amount of the applicant’s estate at the time of the trial or settlement is to be determined.”

“The assets and duties due to society are minimal given the limited duration of marriage. The marriage contract valid from October 9th, 2020 is decisive.

David and Lesley’s relationship

David, 57, and Lesley first went public with their relationship in January 2018.

Shannon, 58, was reportedly “taken aback” by the relationship at the time because she and David had ended their marriage of more than 17 years just four months earlier, in September 2017.

Lesley, who has two children from a previous marriage and is 20 years younger than David, has frequently shared photos of their encounters on Instagram.

She garnered further media attention on November 9, 2019 when she shared a nude Instagram selfie of herself with David.

Speaking about the seductive incident, live show host Andy Cohen called David the “jackhole of the day” for having the “worst thirst traps of all time” on his show.

The next month, at the inaugural BravoCon, Shannon spoke to the audience about her children, twins Stella and Adeline, aged 18, and Sophie, aged 21, whom she shares with David. Shannon said, “My kids all saw it at school.” They were horrified.

He proposed just nine months after Shannon and he signed their divorce papers.

Lesley shared the news on her Instagram page, along with a selfie showing off her new engagement ring with a shirtless David.

She also posted another photo with the caption, “Looking forward to being with my love forever,” which shows her then-fiancé clutching her large diamond. I love you love!

Lesley and I are excited about the engagement, David later said in a statement to PEOPLE. The Miami celebration is followed by the Super Bowl. They became pregnant in July 2020 and PEOPLE was the only publication to report the news.

Shannon famously tried to fix fences by sending Lesley and David a baby gift after their daughter was born.

Relations between the three ultimately didn’t improve from this act of kindness.
