Denise Richards cries on the phone after a road shooting

Denise Richards is still recovering from an angry driver shooting her and her husband Aaron Phypers in a furious driving incident on Monday.

The 51-year-old ‘Wild Things’ star was photographed looking nervous on Wednesday during a phone call outside an office building in Malibu, California.

Richards seemed touched as she spoke on her iPhone and told the detailed story to the other person on the line.

At one point, Phypers, 50, went outside to talk to his wife, but then went to the other end of the balcony.

At several points in the conversation, the former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star was wiping tears from her eyes and looking grim.

Richards and Phypers eventually left the office and had lunch at a nearby Lucky’s restaurant, where the paparazzi caught up with them.

“Everything is fine. We are all good,” the actress told the photographer when asked about the shooting.

Phypers added that the incident could “have happened anywhere, anytime” and that they suspect the suspect was just “a random person.”

The Blue Lagoon actress kept a casual look on the outing, wearing a black T-shirt, black leggings, an olive green newsboy cap and black Ugg boots.

Richards and Phypers had been keeping their distance since Monday when a frustrated driver approached their truck and shot it, according to TMZ.

The star of “Fashion for Success” spoke for the first time when an internet troll wished her badly.

“What I experienced with my husband yesterday, you don’t care. It was the most terrifying situation I’ve ever been in,” she replied to a Twitter user on Wednesday. “I’m sorry the shot missed my neck … hole.”

After the incident, Richards went to the film studio to shoot “Angels Fallen: Warriors of Peace” for 12 hours, even though he was reportedly crying and upset.
