Eva Mendes calls Ryan Gosling her “husband” amid marriage rumors

Eva Mendes apparently confirmed that she and Ryan Gosling secretly tied the knot during an interview on Thursday.
While promoting the charity Ronald McDonald House on “Australia Today”, The 48-year-old “Training Day” star called Gosling her “husband” after being asked about her time at Down Under.
“I like it here,” said the mother of two. “Everyone is amazing, everyone welcomes us, it was so beautiful. My husband Ryan is here… and our kids are here, we’re having the best time.”
Mendes – who has daughters Esmeralda, 8, and Amada, 6, with the 42-year-old actor – began making jokes about her “ordinary” looking spouse after hosts Karl Stefanovic and Allison Langdon played a shirtless snippet of Gosling from “Crazy” , Stupid love.”
“Yeah, unfortunately, that’s my life,” she joked. “And he is a great cook and bakes. I got the short end of the stick, didn’t I!”
Mendes’ comments sent fans into a frenzy, given that the famous private couple rarely speaks publicly about their ten-year relationship.
“We finally have it. I hope there’s no other reason to announce this now,” one fan wrote on a fan account posted a clip on Instagram.

While Mendes may have put an end to marriage speculation once and for all, she teased a subtle announcement earlier this week by posting a very special Gosling tribute tattoo.
On Tuesday morning, the actress of “Hitch”. hit Instagram to show off a tattoo on his inner wrist that reads “de gosling”.
In Hispanic culture, women may add “de” – or “of” – to their surname after marriage to join the two nicknames.
So the move may have been a way for the actress to reintroduce herself to the world as Eva Mendes de Gosling.
While the two have never confirmed whether they said yes, wedding rumors started circulating in 2016 and again last year when Mendes was caught wearing a ring on that finger.
