Facebook’s Sheryl Sandberg Marries Tom Bernthal in Wyoming

Jennifer Lopez wasn’t the only bride walking down the aisle this weekend.

Sheryl Sandbergwho will leave his position as chief operating officer of Meta (formerly Facebook) in the fall, married Tom Bernthal August 20 in Wyoming.

In an Instagram post, Cheryl, 52, shared a picture of herself and her new husband in a woodland setting that says ‘MARRIED’ with several red heart emojis.’

For the big day, the bride wore a lace dress with a hood, while the groom wore a black suit and cowboy boots.

Tom, 50 years old, shared the same picture on her Instagram page, writing: “After both experiencing loss, @sherylsandberg and I weren’t sure we’d ever find love again. Over the past three years, we have combined our lives and families. Our wedding today was a dream come true.”

Later he told People“It’s our wedding as the seven of us,” referring to his three children, son and daughter Cheryl, who were all part of the wedding party.
