Frankie Jonas didn’t have to look far for costume inspiration this year.
The former child actor hilariously trolled Joe Jonas’s older brother by disguising himself as him for Halloween – along with girlfriend Anna Olson conveying the famous ex-singer Taylor Swift.
They both made fun of the ex-couple’s 2008 romance and recreated a scene from Jonas Brothers: The 3D Concert Experience.
In photos posted on InstagramFrankie, 22, formed an all-black band of “Burnin ‘Up” vest and T-shirt that resembled the look of the 33-year-old rocker Jonas Brothers who he wore on stage while performing Swift’s hit hit “Should’ve Said No.”
Olson, for her part, opted for a shiny silver mini dress, similar to the one Swift, 32, rocked during her guest appearance on the Jonas Brothers tour.
The screenshot also included a close-up of their hands, wearing what Frankie described as “matching chastity rings” – a nod to the jewelry his family chose early on in their Disney Channel career.
“You can’t be serious, it’s unbelievable,” commented one fan while another wrote, “Best Halloween Costume HANDS DOWN.”
“This year you are all going to win Halloween. done, “a third fan chimed in, while another wrote,” This is fucking fun. You will all win lmao.
Frankie and Olson, who have been dating for several months, also shared a TikTok video that was captioned: “Fighting Horny Celibate Teenagers as Joe and Taylor from a 3D Movie.”
Swift briefly dated the singer “Sucker” from July to October 2008. He then broke up with her in the “27-second phone call” that Swift referred to in his song “Forever & Always.”
Nevertheless, there is all water under the bridge as the couple has moved on with different partners. Joe married Game of Thrones star Sophie Turner in 2019, while Swift has been dating actor Joe Alwyn for over five years.
The former couple at one point amicably reunited as friends again in November 2021, following Swift’s successful “Saturday Night Live” concert.
