Steven Seagal, who is well known for actively supporting Russia and President Vladimir Putin, was spotted in the prison standing amidst the detritus. In another image, inmates can be seen communicating with the actor from behind bars.
In a video that TVZVEZDA made available, Seagal was introduced as a “special representative of the Russian Federation Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Humanitarian Relations between Russia and the US.”
In the video, Steven Seagal is heard discussing the assault on the Olenivka prison and making allusions to Ukraine’s use of HIMARS.
It most certainly resembles a rocket. It’s obvious that the burning and other factors rule out a bomb. Not to note that Russia actually possesses a large collection of HIMARS artifacts. This is where HIMARS struck, killing 50 people and injuring another 70.

The actor apparently presented a conspiracy idea, according to the website, that Ukrainian forces deployed HIMARS at the event to mute a Nazi prisoner who was purportedly speaking negatively about Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy:
The fact that one of the murdered Nazis was a Nazi who had just begun talking frequently about Zelensky and the fact that Zelensky was in charge of issuing orders for torture and other atrocities that go against not only the Geneva War Convention but also crimes against humanity, is interesting.
Oliver Alexander, an open-source intelligence analyst, examined the veracity of Seagal’s video. To the Military Times, he stated:
“[That’s] not how I would expect this’smoking gun’ evidence to be handled if Russia, 1. thought it to be real evidence, and 2. had any intention of allowing UN investigators to the site,” the author writes.

According to Steven Seagal’s visit to the Olenivka Prison camp, Russia has been sitting on the same bench for about two weeks with its “definitive evidence of the Ukrainian HIMARS strike.”
Not the way one would ordinarily treat such “evidence.”
He added that the pictures of Seagal’s surroundings corresponded to the pictures of the Olenivka prison that the BBC had previously released. The Odessa Journal also confirmed his presence in the camp.
Although Steven Seagal was born in the United States, President Putin purportedly granted him Russian citizenship in 2006.
