Gigi Dior porn star hit by Christian Dior Couture’s lawsuit

It’s a storm in the D-Cup.

Porn star Gigi Dior – known for her adult films about “hot MILFs” – registered her stage name last year.

Now fancy French fashion house Christian Dior Couture has filed for invalidation of a trademark, claiming it is harming their business.

“It’s ridiculous, my name has nothing to do with tailoring and – funny thing is, I don’t usually walk at all,” said Gigi in response to the lawsuit.

A 40-year-old adult artist applied for the Gigi Dior trademark last year. On September 20, 2022, it was approved.

She uses this name on her personal website, OnlyFans account, her webcam work and all her social media accounts.

But Paris-based Christian Dior Couture sniffed in the conclusion: “All goods and services … are against, namely: entertainment services … personal appearances by a porn star … providing a website that contains non-downloadable adult photos and videos.”

The fashion house cites grounds for opposition to the Gigi trademark, including: “Priority and likelihood of confusion, blurring by blur and diluting by matting.”

Gigi has appeared in seven porn movies as well as numerous online movies, including Horny Hiking. She also does webcams and was nominated for the “Milf of the Year” award by the Cam Awards.

“I registered my stage name for entertainment and modeling purposes, had to show proof of what I was using the name for, so I used exotic appearances and a website to confirm … My request was granted,” Gigi told us.

“A few weeks ago, on October 18, I received a notice from Christian Dior Couture that they appealed against my trademark approval and claim that the Dior name is being watered down and that I am diluting their products.”

A former New York model and actress who is a single mother with four children under the age of 12 said: “If I lose my name I have built a brand around that name, it has become me and my reputation, so it’s really devastating to think that to be maybe I will have to start from scratch and change everything.

“I have thousands of T-shirts, inscriptions and photos. I have kept the websites, all my social media. I’d have to start over, it would be a huge undertaking if I lost that name.

“I’m devastated and it’s ridiculous.”

Gigi also tweeted: “That’s the face you make when you learn that a company with revenues in excess of $ 50 billion has taken legal action against you. . . PLEASE RETURN IT AGAIN. I have to spread the word. . . CHRISTIAN DIOR references my US patent and trademark APPROVED in my name Gigi Dior. “

The lawyer of Christian Dior Couture, led by the acclaimed designer Maria Grazia Chiuri, did not speak to us.
