Gisele Bündchen feels hurt again after Tom Brady ‘once again’ put football ahead of family during Netflix roast
Gisele Bündchen says she was hurt again because Tom Brady “once again put football before his family” – this time during his comedy roast.
As we reported at the time, Bündchen and Brady had been at loggerheads during their marriage because she felt the former NFL quarterback had not prioritized family life over her volleyball career – a rift that ultimately led to their divorce in October 2022.
We’re told the wound reopened when the Brady roast, hosted by Kevin Hart, was broadcast live on Netflix on Sunday night.
Brady endured a barrage of jokes about his split from Bündchen and even laughed about it.
But when “Roastmaster General” Jeff Ross joked about the massage parlor scandal involving New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft, Brady came to his defense.
“On the first day of training camp, this lanky rookie walked into owner Robert Kraft’s office and said, ‘I’m the best decision your organization has ever made,’” Ross said during the roast.
“Would you like a massage?” “
For the first and only time at the event, Brady approached Ross – a legend in the roasting industry – and told him, “Don’t talk like that anymore.”
(Kraft was one of 25 people charged with soliciting prostitution at a Florida spa in 2019, but the charges against him were dropped.)
Meanwhile, rumors swirled throughout the night about the end of Brady’s marriage and Bündchen’s ongoing relationship with her jujitsu coach.
We’re told that Brady’s defense of Kraft as he stood by and allowed cartoon after comic book to destroy his marriage was proof to his ex-wife that he still cares more about the world of football than his personal life.
A source close to the Netflix production told Page Six that all the gags were good fun, that the comics agreed among themselves that the couple’s children were off limits and that Brady didn’t know any of the jokes beforehand.
