Graydon Carter is bringing back the Power List.

When this pantheon editor ran Vanity Fair, the appearance of his “Best Dressed,” “Young Hollywood,” and “New Establishment” lists was met with great publicity (and envy) and a huge party where those who couldn’t in the end it drowned their sorrows, and those who did it wiped their faces in it.

Now it has been inaugurated downtown list. at his new home, Air Mail, for a special of the same name.

The issue is quite chicly sponsored by Celine, who also co-hosted a ball at the outlet Odeon (nice, elegant with a bowl of cigarettes and a martini on tap, by the way).

The list includes star-studded interior designer (well, up to Mary-Kate Olsen at least) Michael Bargo, New York writer Doreen St Felix, Dimes Square substack Mike Crumplar (who, according to the Air Mail, has mysteriously “never been photographed”) , Zoe Beyer of A24, Anna Weyant, an artist who meets and is represented by Larry Gagosian, director Sean Price Williams, Haley Wollens, a stylist who, says Flack, “single-handedly resurrected the Mugler”, Nicholas Braun, known also as “Cousin Greg” from “Succession” and 42 others who far too cool to hear about it.

In his publisher’s letters, Carter says that “they prove that if you have the patience to dig your way through the posers and antiquated expectations of the past, the essence of [downtown] it cannot be erased.”
