Harry Styles and Olivia Wilde Pack on PDA in New York
Holivia is still hot and heavy.
Harry Styles and Olivia Wilde packed their PDAs during a date in New York City on Thursday night.
The couple passionately kissed and hugged in the streets of Manhattan.
The 28-year-old pop superstar and the 38-year-old actress chose their everyday clothes for their performance. The styles wore a white shirt, baggy blue jeans, and a cream jacket, while Wilde wore baggy denim, a white top, and a black hoodie.
Styles finished his 15-day residency at Madison Square Garden on Wednesday – with Wilde supporting him from the arena’s VIP area.
The pair’s steaming interactions occurred the next night weeks after rumors of a break-up.
Fans speculated that they would split up over apparent distance at the Venice Film Festival, where they promoted their scandalous film “Don’t Worry, Baby.”
However, any tensions were likely due to the ongoing drama between the cast of “DWD”.
According to an informant who reportedly spent “a lot of time” on the film, Wilde – who starred and directed the film – had an “explosive argument” with her lead actress, Florence Pugh, while filming the psychological thriller.
Pugh stars in the film opposite Styles. She was reportedly dissatisfied with Wilde’s “frequent, unexplained absences” when she began dating “Watermelon Sugar” singer.
“Olivia and Harry would just disappear,” said the source Vulture on Pugh’s frustrations that led to the alleged fight in January 2021.
A source previously told Page Six that Pugh wasn’t crazy about Wilde and Styles’ romance.
“I can tell Flo, seeing Olivia and Harry on set, did not go well as Olivia was still with Jason when she first got involved with Harry,” a source told us in July, noting that the actress who became director, she called it breaking up with Jason Sudeikis while filming.
Things worsened when Shia LaBeouf rejected Wilde’s claim that she fired him with DWD to protect Pugh. The 36-year-old actor claimed to have quit the film due to scheduling conflicts and offered receipts to prove it, including videos and screenshots of their conversations.
Wilde later doubled her claim, telling late host Stephen Colbert that LaBeouf had given her an “ultimatum” and was “happy” to choose Pugh.
Despite apparent disagreement, Warner Bros. executives Michael De Luca and Pam Abdy told Page Six in a statement Friday: “We are so proud of the work Olivia Wilde has done in making this incredibly beautiful and fun movie, and we look forward to working with her again. . .
“The studio is very grateful and appreciates Olivia’s tireless support in making her vision come true from production to release. Any suggestion of a conflict between the studio and Olivia is simply untrue. “
Soon after, Pugh said in an Instagram post that she was “grateful” for the experience, sharing a few photos that featured Wilde, even if it wasn’t explicitly mentioned.
“Don’t worry baby” is in theaters right now.
