Harry Styles, Olivia Wilde are leaving the DWD party together amid rumors of divided views
Harry Styles and Olivia Wilde were spotted leaving the premiere of Don’t Worry Darling together amid break-up rumors.
The couple were photographed during the Monday afterparty for the movie in New York, and the video showed them leaving in the same car.
Spotting comes after weeks of rumors following the disastrous premiere at the Venice Film Festival that 28-year-old singer “As It Was” and 38-year-old Wilde have split up.
Fans speculated that the movie star and its director – who met on the set of the movie and revealed they were dating in January 2021 – ended up due to little interaction in Italy earlier this month.
Meanwhile, stars from Styles, Florence Pugh and Chris Pine, have skipped Monday’s premiere.
26-year-old actress “Midsummer” and 42-year-old actress “Wonder Woman” recorded a message for fans that they were unable to attend due to scheduling conflicts.
Pugh, who is currently filming Dune: Part Two in Europe, and Pine, which is in production in Los Angeles, both featured in a short video before the movie began when Pugh said, “We didn’t want to miss this opportunity to say thank you for coming, to experience “Don’t worry baby” in IMAX.
The video message ended with Pine telling the audience he hoped they would like the movie.
While Styles and Wilde seem to be getting along well, there was a lot of drama behind the scenes in the upcoming movie.
Wilde has attempted to downplay rumors of an altercation between her and Pugh – who has overlooked many events in the film – in recent months, saying in Venice that she “does not have to contribute” to the rumors.
Meanwhile, Wilde claimed in August that fired original movie star Shia LaBeouf because she was “troubled” by his behavior. He denied being kicked out of the movie and said the reason he left was because he couldn’t find the time to rehearse with other actors.
Around the same time, a video leaked, where Wilde begged LaBeouf to stay on DWD, and even hinted that there were conflicts between the actor and Pugh.
“I think this might be a wake-up call for Miss Flo and I want to know if you are open to doing it with me, with us,” she said in the video.
“I want to know if you are open to trying with me, with us,” Wilde continued. “If she’s really committed, if she’s really putting her mind and heart into it right now, and if you can make peace – and I respect your point of view, I respect her – but if you can do it, what do you do? think?”
Wilde also suppressed rumors that she had left ex-Jason Sudeikis for Styles, telling Vanity Fair they were “horses-t.”
