Hayden Panettiere shared a rare photo from a party with her “team”

Back in July, Hayden revealed what led to her decision to leave her acting career.

“I was on top of the world and I destroyed it,” she said People, sharing that she was struggling with opioid and alcohol addiction at the time. “I would have thought I’d hit rock bottom, but this is where the hatches open.”

In 2018, the actress sought treatment and entered rehab for eight months, she said People.

Hayden—who shares her daughter Kaya with ex Volodymyr Klychkosaid that when she was 15 years old, someone offered her “happy pills” before walking the red carpet.

She recalled: “They made me cheer during the interviews. I had no idea how inappropriate it was or what doors it would open for me when it came to my addiction.”
