Louis said that he is preparing for the release of his second solo album Faith in the future and admitted that the lockdown due to COVID-19 has given him time to work on his musical style.
“Everyone has experience [of lockdowns] it’s individual,” he said. “I spend a lot of my life thinking about what’s next. If I didn’t have this time to drop, it might have been a different record, so I’m happy to have this time.”
The singer continued: “It was quite a process on my first record. There was an element of trial and error. Obviously, coming out of a band the size of One Direction, it takes time to find myself musically, but I really think I found that on this album and this single.”
