Hilary Duff’s daughter Banks embarrassed Lizzie McGuire by telling the coaches at the soccer camp about her mother’s diarrhea.

“Whoa! Don’t trust your children! ” Duff, 34, told her Instagram followers on Monday.

The actress shared a text message via Stories from her assistant Lauren which revealed that the 3-year-old had “disowned [sic] her to soccer coaches.

The text was: “The banks told the story at the camp …” my mom made a bad chicken and now she has diarrhea … this is what happens when you make a bad chicken. “

Duff then posted a smiling photo of Banks with the word “RAT” on it.

The “younger” pupil shares the toddler with her husband Matthew Koma and their one-year-old daughter Mae.

She is also the mother of Luka’s 10-year-old son with her ex-husband Mike Comrie.

Duff rushed to Romper in February that while she and Koma, 35, are “tired” of raising their children, they are “obsessed” with the youngest – and have not necessarily ended up growing their family.

“It’s psychotic, I know,” she said at the time. “I love being a parent with Matt.[…]My whole life mission is to be a good parent. “
