While Prinsloo has yet to speak publicly about the affair allegations, a friend of the couple shares insight into her current state. “Behati is upset, but she believes him that there was no physical relationship,” an insider exclusively tells E! News. “They’ve been together all this time. She feels they’re happily married and was shocked to find out what was going on behind her back.”

The source adds that while “there are no excuses for his inappropriate behavior,” Levine maintains that “it was nothing physical.”
