Carl Capers, who worked as a DJ and tour manager for YoungBoy, filed a lawsuit against YoungBoy Never Broke Again and Quando Rondo in March 2019, accusing them of abusing him at their December 2018 concert. The incident happened in 2018.

After it was revealed in October 2021 that the then 22-year-old Rondo was allegedly involved in a romantic relationship with a girl who was in high school at the time, he received a lot of backlash from the public. Some people think it’s an odd decision by Quando to go public with his new girl given that she may be underage,” HotNewHipHop wrote. “While it’s possible for a senior to be over the age of eighteen, some think it’s an odd decision for Quando to go public with his new girlfriend.”

Confrontation with King of

A confrontation between the crews of rappers King Von and Quando Rondo took place outside an Atlanta nightclub on November 6, 2020, resulting in a shootout that resulted in King Von’s death. There was video evidence showing Von beating members of Quando Rondo’s group before the shooting took place. [23] Rondo was seen on surveillance footage helping “Lul Timm” get to the hospital after the incident.

It wasn’t until two weeks later, when Quando Rondo released his song “End of Story,” which was considered a reference to Von’s song trilogy “Crazy Story,” that he broke his public silence about the incident. In the song, he talks about his role in the shooting and thinks back to when it happened.
