Jamie Lee Curtis, recently announced that her youngest child is Trans and introduce her daughter Ruby to the world with pride. The American actress and writer Curtis has had many hits in her career till now from her first debut movie “Halloween” in 1978, Train terror and Knives out, etc. She was also received several awards in which including a BAFTA Award, two Golden Globe Awards, etc. The actress in a recent interview with AARP magazine talks about her career and children especially about her youngest child who was born as a boy and now transitioned into a female called Ruby.

Jamie is married to Christopher Haden Guest on 18 December 1984. He is also an American- British actor, writer, and composer. The couple is struggled with infertility for many years and then decided to adopt children. They adopted two children in their life, the first one was born in 1986 daughter Anne and the second one is born in 1996 adopted nine years later, previously as a male named Thomas Guest.
The couple Curtis and Guest’s children stay away from the limelight for most of the time except in few awards functions they accompany them. Their elder daughter Anne who is now 34 years old is married and a dance instructor and the youngest one Ruby,25, is a computer gaming editor by profession. Both the children do not follow in their parent’s footsteps.
Jamie detailed in the interview that she and Guest in 35 years of marriage saw their son Thomas becoming our daughter Ruby with pride and Ruby has her owns plans for the future. She and her fiancé will get married in the next year. She also revealed that on her 35th marriage anniversary she writes a song for Guest.
The actress Curtis also said that she discarded the old idea of fixed gender that we always think of till now and she has adopted the new idea of constant metaphors. She always has been a vocal supporter of the LGBTQ community. On her Twitter page in 2017, she shared a post article titled, Dear Trans Kids. In her one of the previous interviews in 2019, she stated that a person’s sexuality is nobody else’s business no one allow to put such questions who are not comfortable to them.
