Jennifer Lopez in the best shape she’s ever been in amid split rumors from Ben Affleck

Jennifer Lopez vented her emotions at the gym due to marital problems.

The 54-year-old trainer of the actress Dodd Romero he told Us Weekly. Wednesday that he is now “in better shape than ever.”

“She’s tough [and] he really never complains about anything,” Romero told the website. “Wherever I tell her to go, she will go.”

Lopez practices with Romero three times a week. The stars’ trainer said the singer likes to focus on toning her glutes and abdominal muscles, often doing abdominal raises, jump rope crunches, sumo-style weighted squats and various lunge variations.

On days when he’s not working out with Romero, Lopez turns to Tracy Anderson for an alternative exercise method.

The “Jenny From the Block” singer has been using the Tracy Anderson method – low-weight aerobics-style dance classes – for over 15 years.

“We do a 10-leg routine that focuses on the glutes and tightening the waist,” Anderson told the outlet. “Moving is part of Jennifer’s core values. He does what he has to do.

Regarding her diet, Romero revealed that Lopez generally avoids alcohol, sugar and dairy.

Although she has become “more strict” about what she eats in recent years, he noted that she is not too “stiff” and sometimes allows herself to play with her 16-year-old twins Emme and Max.

In addition to her intense diet and exercise regimen, the “Marry Me” star is also training hard for several new projects – including her upcoming “This Is Me… Live” tour.

Lopez said on “Live With Kelly and Mark” earlier this month that she was the smallest she had ever been.

“I have just finished [filming] a movie called ‘Kiss of the Spider Woman,’ which was all singing and dancing, which was both exciting and exhausting,” she told hosts Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos.

“I’m the thinnest I’ve ever been,” she added. “I’m in fighting shape now.”

Lopez noted that she feels “ready” for her tour, which begins next month.

The “Cuties” star showed off her slender figure while promoting her new movie “Atlas.”

On Tuesday, Lopez stepped out in a dangerously low-cut, ruffled white dress at the Mexican premiere of the sci-fi thriller.

The dress was slit almost to the navel, making her shapely legs the star of the show.

Earlier this week, the mother of two showed off her defined arms in a black and white two-piece by Greta Constantine at the film’s premiere in Los Angeles.

While Lopez appeared to be in great spirits, Affleck notably did not join his wife at any of the events.

The couple first sparked split rumors earlier this month after reports that they were undergoing couples therapy and were no longer living together.

Shortly after, an insider told Page Six that the “Argo” actor was officially “house hunting” in the area.

We’re told Affleck doesn’t think he and Lopez are a good fit and may have rushed things.

“If there was a way to divorce him on the grounds of temporary insanity, he would do it,” the insider told us.

“He feels like the last two years have been just a fever dream, and now he’s come to his senses and realizes there’s no way this is going to work.”
