Johnny Depp’s girlfriend Joelle Rich attended the Amber Heard trial

Johnny Depp and his newly revealed lawyer, Joelle Rich, have been hiding out of sight for months.

Despite the lack of an official role in the movie star’s winning defamation lawsuit against ex-wife Amber Heard earlier this year, Rich was photographed in a Fairfax County Courthouse in Virginia almost every day of the weekly trial, which ran from April 11 to June 1.

A 37-year-old London lawyer represented 59-year-old Depp in his UK libel case against the Sun in 2020. Despite the legal loss, the couple turned out to be happy in love.

According to endless photos from the court and outside, Rich – a partner at Schillings law firm – would come with the star of “Pirates of the Caribbean”, sit directly behind him in the front row, wave at the fans at the end of the day, get him out of the premises and even exit in the same vehicle.

At one point, the paparazzi even caught Rich leaning in and smiling as Depp showed her something on his phone.

Although the lovebirds kept their attitudes towards each other professionally, source told us a week that she was indeed there for “personal” reasons – mostly to “support” her man.

It is not clear when their relationship became romantic and the actor’s representatives could not get any comment.

However, a Us Weekly whistleblower has revealed that the two will meet “discreetly” in hotels in the early stages of the courtship.

“Their chemistry is off the map,” said the informant. – There is a serious matter between them. They are the real deal.

Rich is the mother of two who is now divorcing, although she apparently got married when she met Depp.

Despite her obvious presence at a widely publicized defamation trial, fans were convinced that the star of “Edward Scissorhands” was secretly seeing one of his American lawyers, Camille Vasquez.

However, she quickly silenced the rumor mill, calling the allegation “sexist” and “unethical.”
