Kate Upton and Justin Verlander’s daughter Genevieve helped honor the Houston Astros player Victory in the World Series on Saturday.
The four-year-old smiled during the MLB weekend game against the Philadelphia Phillies, wearing a T-shirt in honor of her dad.
Upton rushed to Fox Sports about an “amazing experience”, saying that the victory was “worth” their time apart as a family.
“Having Justin at home and being able to be together as a family is amazing and then going to the extremes and being here for the World Series and then winning is so exciting,” said the 30-year-old actress.
“We miss him every time he leaves,” added the “Other Woman” star.
After saying that she and Genevieve did “A + cheer” during the game, Upton remarked, “This is as much as we can see him. … He is such an artist there. When it casts, it really is so creative, such art and we are so honored.
The model and her 39-year-old husband welcomed their daughter in November 2018.
Since Genevieve’s arrival, the couple has hidden her face on social media and kept her away from the public for the most part.
In July, however, the trio posed for rare family photos on the MLB All-Star red carpet.
Upton told her Instagram followers at that time it was “so fun having a family together.”
She and Verlander began dating in 2014, and the athlete fell on one knee two years later.
In November 2017, the duo got married in Italy. When they celebrated their fifth anniversary earlier this year, the “Sports Illustrated Swimsuit” model published sweet appetizers via Instagram.
“5 years down … to leave forever!” Upton wrote her tribute. Life with you never gets old. I love you @justinverlander. Happy Anniversary!.”
