Kel Mitchell’s ex-wife denies claims she became pregnant by another man during their marriage
Kel Mitchell’s ex-wife, Tyisha Hampton, has denied his claims that she became pregnant by another man and had an abortion during their marriage.
“This man is lying about abortion. “Just the fact that you’re lying about abortion is crazy,” she added – he said in the TikTok video Wednesday.
“It’s really crazy work. But then also saying that because of these fake abortions, because of the fraud, you wanted – because of my betrayal – this man said he wanted to kill himself,” Hampton added.
“Just think how narcissistic that sounds.”
Hampton, who shares son Lyric and daughter Allure with Mitchell, said she was a virgin when she married the former “All That” star in 1999.
“Kela’s mathematics is not mathematics. He’s not talking about me,” she added he said in a separate TikTok video. “I’m not the one who’s pregnant. It’s not even physically possible.”
Hampton added: “The first time I had sex, I got pregnant with my son, who is alive and well. There couldn’t have been an abortion in between these events because obviously that’s not how it works.
Hampton’s remarks came after Mitchell, 45, made several allegations against his ex-wife during a viral interview with Shannon Sharpe’s “Shay Shay Club” podcast.
“I ended up marrying my ex-wife because we had another child,” he said. “We had an abortion and then we had a baby… and she finally told me that the aborted baby wasn’t mine. In this process, you are already marrying a lie.
Mitchell also claimed he caught Hampton with another man at the hotel.
“I got in the whip and drove around and saw her whip. I saw it at the hotel. I go to the hall, it turns out that the guy was just walking down the hall to go to his car. My car that she drove,” he recalls.
“I’m like, ‘Oh, OK, what’s going on? Take me upstairs.
The “Kenan & Kel” alum said the final straw in his marriage came when another man allegedly called him and said he and Hampton wanted to be together.
Hampton and Mitchell divorced in 2005.
In 2022, the former partners fought in court, and the “Ganked” actress demanded $1.2 million in spousal and child support.
The “Good Burger” actor is also father to 6-year-old daughter Wisdom and 3-year-old son Honor, whom he shares with wife Asia Lee.
