“My result is different than people think, but I finally had to do it too because my blood test results got so bad.”

While Clarkson, 42, has denied using the celebrities’ favorite weight-loss drug, Ozempic, she has not revealed what prescription she is taking.

“My doctor hounded me for two years and I said, ‘No, I’m afraid of it.’ I already have thyroid problems,” added the “Since You’ve Been” singer.

“Everyone thinks it’s Ozempic – it’s not – it’s something different, but it’s something that helps break down sugar. Obviously my body doesn’t handle it well.”

Clarkson claimed she didn’t realize how overweight she was until she started losing weight.

She recalled watching a video in which she asked herself, “Who the hell is this?”

“My heaviest was 203 years old [pounds] and I am 5 years old [foot] 3 and a half [inches tall]– added the mother of two children. “It’s funny because people assume, ‘Oh, she must have been unhappy or depressed or something,’ and I said, ‘No, I wasn’t.’

Goldberg, who previously admitted to using Mounjaro after weighing 300 pounds, agreed with Clarkson’s statement that their weight loss process was at a “gradual” pace.

Although the “Stronger” singer didn’t confirm how much weight she lost, Reported on additional television she lost 60 pounds.

In November 2023, she was accused of using Ozempic to lose weight after she shared a photo of her toned figure on social media.

However, the hitmaker attributed her success to diet and exercise, telling People magazine in January: “I lost weight because I listened to my doctor – and I didn’t for several years.”

“And 90% of the time I’m really good at it because a protein diet is good for me anyway. I’m a Texas girl, so I like meat – sorry, I’m the world’s vegetarian!”

The “American Idol” actress – who lives in New York – added that she also walks around Manhattan and often uses the infrared sauna and cold baths.

That same month, Clarkson admitted that she had been diagnosed with prediabetes before losing the weight.
