Kelly Ripa thought she was pregnant during the COVID-19 pandemic

There are no children with a pandemic here.

Kelly Ripa thought she and Mark Consuelos – who had sons Michael (25) and Joaquin (19) and a daughter Lola (21) – had conceived a fourth child together during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Interview with Haute Living on her upcoming book, Live Wire: Long-Winded Short Stories, the 51-year-old daytime presenter describes in detail: “I will definitely include that time during the pandemic when I thought my husband got me pregnant.

“I started taking pregnancy tests every day, but then Mark cautiously asked,” Could there be another reason why you don’t have your period? ” and me saying, “What other reason could there be?” He really must have been walking on the eggshells here [by explaining to me that I was probably going through menopause]”.

Ripa admitted she was relieved to have “explained to my children that they were going to meet new siblings soon.”

However, the new siblings wouldn’t be all that surprising, as Ripa and Consuelos, also 51, consistently burst into their sex lives.

The co-host of Live with Kelly and Ryan also revealed in her upcoming book, due out on September 28, that she actually passed out while putting it on with husband of 26 years.

Ripa wrote that the incident occurred in 1997, six months after the birth of her first child, while she and the “Riverdale” star were enjoying their morning session.

She started to pass out in the middle of it because of two large cysts that grew on her ovaries.

Consuelos, clearly concerned, immediately rushed Ripa to the hospital – but not before he dressed her in what he could get.

She later found out that he had dressed her in an ’80s leotard, red Manolo Blahnik stilettos, and old Consuelosa sweatpants.

“Here is my husband, who is, I dare say, stylish, well dressed all the time, and yet dressed me like a prostitute from a store for trinkets in need,” she remarked, laughing at the situation.

“To this day, it is amazing to me that this is the best costume for the day he could find for me, so much so that when I was lying on the stretcher, I thought I was dreaming; I had a nightmare, ”she continued. “I didn’t realize that I was recovering.”
