A three-year deal has been signed between Crystal Palace FC and Larne-born defender Kofi Balmer.

Kofi Balmer made his Irish League debut for Ballymena at age 16 during the 2016–17 season. He helped the Sky Blues unexpectedly finish in second place in the standings in 2019.

The 21-year-old was under the Premier League team’s radar this summer, but Palace has already attained their objective.

Recently, a price was agreed upon between the London club and Patrick Vieira’s management for the Northern Ireland youth international. Sky Sports claims Balmer has completed the arrangements.
