Kourtney Kardashian Reacts to Charla D’Amelio’s “DWTS”
Charli D’Amelio has the Kourtney Kardashian seal of approval.
TikToker – who has been dating Travis Barker’s son Landon Barker since June – kicked off its third week on Monday night “Dancing With the Stars” with the unexpected appearance of the Kardashians star and her rocker husband Blink-182 in the ballroom.
When Page Six asked Kardashian, 43, what she thought about 18-year-old D’Amelio’s appearance in Bond Night, she smiled and exclaimed, “That’s good!”
D’Amelio and her professional partner Mark Ballas performed the rumba for Billie Eilish’s “No Time to Die” with a total of 33/40 from judges Len Goodman, Carrie Ann Inaba, Derek Hough and Bruno Tonioli.
For the third week in a row, they took first place on the leaderboard, followed by Charla’s mother Heidi D’Amelio and her professional partner Artem Chigvinetw, who scored 32/40 for the Argentinean tango in the “Another Way to Die” category. By Jack White and Alicia Keys from Quantum of Solace.
In addition to high scores, Heidi, 50, was equally excited that Kravis and Landon – as well as her older daughter, Dixie D’Amelio – were in the audience on Monday to support both her and Charli.
“I knew they were coming because Charli told me, but yeah, that was super cool,” she said of Kardashian, 43, and Travis, 46.
“We met several times at various events,” she added. “They’re super cute and that was really nice of them.”
The Kardashians are no strangers to “DWTS” as Kim Kardashian competed with Ballas (36) during the 7th season of the dance show, while Rob Kardashian was paired with Cheryl Burke in season 13.
Charli previously spoke to Page Six about what it was like to have a famous family on her side as they compete for the Season 31 Mirrorball trophy.
– Landon knows I do this. He is with me every step of the way on this journey, ”she told us last month.
“Travis and Kourtney, I told them about it and they were very excited too. I think it’s going to be really fun overall and I have a great group around me. “
Still gushing over Landon, Charli teased at the time that fans would likely see the singer “Die in California”, also 18, supporting her in the ballroom.
“He’s excited for me,” she said of her “amazing” boyfriend. “He’s always super cute and excited when I’m excited about something.”
