Kourtney Kardashian wasn’t “quite ready” to shoot ‘Kardashians’ 3 months after giving birth

Kourtney Kardashian is candid about her postpartum journey.

The Poosh founder opened up on Instagram on Saturday about her feelings about her body after giving birth to her youngest child, Rocky Barker, whom she shares with husband Travis Barker.

“I was 3 months postpartum and I didn’t feel ready yet for such a large photo session, during which a lot of people were watching me all day long” She wrote along with behind-the-scenes photos from Season 5 of “The Kardashians.”

“Even though my little boy was on set with me all day, it’s not the same when I’m wearing makeup, high heels and a dress, and when we’re cozy at home in our pajamas.”

However, Kardashian, 45, said she “changed” her way of thinking and started thinking about the positive side of things.

“I am very happy that I can bring my child to work. It’s so nice to look elegant when I’ve been staying at home in pajamas for months,” she added.

“How lucky I am to work together with my sisters and mom… we really have a great time together! What a beautiful life!”

Page Six confirmed the reality star’s presence, and Travis, 48, welcomed a baby boy in November 2023. The couple posted the first photos of Rocky on Instagram the following month.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum is also mom to three other children: sons Mason, 14, and Reign, 9, and daughter Penelope, 11, whom she shares with ex Scott Disick.

The Blink-182 drummer is also father to 20-year-old son Landon and 18-year-old daughter Alabama, whom he welcomed with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler.

Travis also has a close relationship with his ex-wife’s daughter, Atiana, 25, whom she shares with Oscar De La Hoya.

The fifth season of “Kardashians” will premiere on Hulu on May 23.
