Lala Kent in ‘early talks’ to join ‘The Valley’ after ‘Pump Rules’ mystery finale

Lala Kent is considering a role on “Valley” after Tuesday night’s mysterious “Vanderpump Rules” season 11 finale, Page Six has learned exclusively.

“Lala is in preliminary talks about joining “The Valley,” an insider tells us, adding: “She is very attached to this cast. These girls are her very good friends and mom.”

If he does join Bravo’s new unscripted series, our insider tells us that Kent, 33, is also expected to film another “Pump Rules” installment once production resumes.

“It’s her home,” the source said. “It’s neither one nor the other.”

Bravo has not yet picked up a second season of “The Valley,” and the network has not confirmed any casting.

A representative for Kent did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

During this week’s explosive “Pump Rules” finale, most of the cast turned on Ariana Madix for leaving ex Tom Sandoval when he tried to interview her on camera.

After Madix, 38, stormed out of a San Francisco party hosted by jeweler Kyle Chan, Sandoval, 41, told his colleagues that the “Chicago” performer had been “talking trash” about them for years.

This prompted Kent to share her thoughts on Madix’s continued refusal to film with Sandoval after he cheated on her with their former castmate and friend Rachel “Raquel” Leviss.

“This happened to her. The world rallied around her,” she said, referring to the infidelity scandal dubbed “Scandal” by viewers.

“Now she thinks she’s Beyoncé. It’s bullshit that he can’t film with someone because he lives under the same roof. That’s a lot. He often says, “Don’t mess with Tom Sandoval… But I’ll sleep farther from Tom Sandoval.”

As Sandoval stood nearby, Kent admitted that the Tom Sandoval & the Most Extras frontman “scammed the king” and “did a really f***ing terrible thing.”

However, she emphasized that “he didn’t kill anyone.”

“I have never in my life met someone who was deceived and suddenly became God,” Kent concluded.

Meanwhile, Madix went to a nearby Applebee’s to de-stress with friends and her boyfriend, Daniel Wai.

In a confessional, Kent explained why Madix leaving the event was considered a “slap in the face.”

“This is what we do,” she said. “We’ve been doing this most of our adult lives. We’ve all experienced ups and downs, and life in front of the camera comes with responsibility. You have to tell the truth, even if it is extremely uncomfortable…

“And you think you can be honest for a while and then pack it all in and everything’s fine, fuck it.”

Madix, however, noted in her confessional that she felt Sandoval’s attempt at redress was not genuine.

“He never tried to talk to me off camera, he could have written something offensive in a letter and left it on the kitchen counter and I could have read it in my free time,” she said. “But if you just did it on camera, you would just show your true colors.”

Kent and Madix’s dynamic didn’t change until the 11th season of “Pump Rules” re-taped. The Give ‘Em a Doll author’s friendship with Katie Maloney has also deteriorated.

Conversely, her bond with Scheana Shay has strengthened. It is worth noting that the 38-year-old “Good as Gold” singer is equally close to the “Valley” crew.

The current cast includes Jax Taylor, Brittany Cartwright, Kristen Doute, Luke Broderick, Nia Sanchez, Daniel Booko, Janet and Jason Caperna, Michelle and Jesse Lally, Zack Wickham and Jasmine Goode.

As our source previously mentioned, mothers in this particular social circle – including Kent, Shay, Cartwright, Sanchez, Janet and Michelle – often hang out.

Last month, Kent – who shares daughter Ocean, 3, with ex-fiancé Randall Emmett and is expecting another child through a sperm donor – said Access the Housewives Nightcap podcast in Hollywood that the family nature of “The Valley” could be “really suitable” for her.

“It’s an organic fit. “I know these people that I hang out with, we get along, we meet our kids, we trick-or-treat on Halloween,” said the reality star, who recently bought a home in Southern California’s San Fernando Valley, where “The Valley” is mostly filmed .

“So if I ever get the call to do it, of course I won’t say no.”

It appears Kent’s schedule is open for “The Valley” — if its second installment begins production soon — as “Pump Rules” is on hold for the time being.

Last week, an insider told Page Six that Bravo felt the cast needed a break from the cameras after “Scandoval,” which resulted in additional filming over the past two seasons.

“Everyone needs a moment to decompress after two very difficult, intense seasons,” the source said. “The cast is looking forward to taking a break from filming the series.”

Fans speculated that the Season 11 finale was the series finale due to its nostalgic tone, including vignettes of the cast’s first confessionals filmed over a decade.

However, our insider assured us that the series won’t be canceled: “Producers are excited at the prospect of connecting with everyone once the cameras are finally back rolling.”

The first part of Season 11 of “Vanderpump Rules” airs Tuesday at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo, followed by “The Valley” at 9 p.m. ET.
