Linda Evangelista runs to the NYFW runway, closes the Fendi show
She certainly knows how to pose.
Linda Evangelista added splendor to this year’s New York Fashion Week catwalk by closing this year’s Fendi show on Friday.
The 57-year-old Canadian supermodel made her comeback to the catwalk with a bang – wearing the sensational blue taffeta Tiffany gown.
She was invited to take part in the 25th anniversary of the iconic Fendi Baguette bag.
At the show, the Italian fashion brand presented a surprise cooperation with Mark Jacobs.
Evangelista was seen strolling down the runway in her plush dress, adorned with diamond earrings, silver silk gloves, and adorned with a signature Fendi Baguette bag.
The model revealed that she will be part of the show in some time Instagram post in July.
That same month, she settled a lawsuit over a “failed” cosmetic procedure, which she claimed left her “deformed”.
Evangelista first revealed the results of the procedure on social media in September 2021.
She then claimed that CoolSculpting – an FDA-approved “fat freezing” procedure described as a non-invasive alternative to liposuction – had left her “brutally disfigured” and “permanently deformed.”
Following a lawsuit by parent company CoolSculpting, Zeltiq Aesthetics Inc. With $ 50 million in damages, Evangelista revealed in July that the saga was over.
“I’m glad to have settled on the CoolSculpting case,” she wrote in a statement.
“I’m looking forward to the next chapter in my life with my friends and family, and I happily put it back. I am really grateful for the support I got from those who held out. ”
