Lindsay Hubbard first dated her “adorable” new boyfriend before Carl Radke

Lindsay Hubbard’s new mystery boyfriend is actually an old friend she dated before ex-fiancé Carl Radke.

The “Summer House” star revealed her past on Tuesday’s episode of the show Bitch Bible Podcast.explaining that they first met in the winter of 2020.

“He’s wonderful. I actually met him and dated him three and a half years ago,” she explained. “Some of my friends call it a boomerang, where you go out the first time, it wasn’t the right time, and then they come back, so that’s basically what happened.”

She further explained: “We met and hit it off and went on a few dates. He was trying to figure out his career move, but it was just bad timing for him. It was also a holiday, a bad moment for me. I was in a weird place at the time, so he broke up with me.

Hubbard, 37, recalls breaking up with her “so respectfully,” calling it “the nicest text ever.”

“Then he said, ‘Hey, I’m not in a place to do anything serious.’ He said, ‘I feel like maybe you want something more, but I’m not there right now and I don’t want to waste your time, and out of respect for you, I felt like I had to tell you this.’ “I thought, ‘Oh my God,’ you can’t even be mad at that,” she drawled.

They reunited when he reconnected in December 2023 – four months after Radke, 39, publicly ended their engagement.

“First of all, I put him on ice for a month. He contacted us in mid-December and I thought, “Hmm, he made me wait three years, I’ll make him wait a month.” So I reached out again in January and I was like, “Okay, coffee.” We ended up having lunch, and it felt like the lunch we went to was almost like catching up on the last three years of our lives,” she gushed.

Hubbard added that her fiancé “has never watched” the popular Bravo show and called it “refreshing” to date someone who is “quite upset” about her being a reality star.

“He doesn’t care, he’s successful in his field, he has a great job, he works very hard, he’s extremely determined and ambitious, which makes me happy in the bedroom,” she said.

The Bravolebrity has not yet revealed the identity of her new boyfriend. However, in April, she took him to a destination wedding – where Radke was also present.

Meanwhile, Radke said that “[hopes] treats her well” and “[hopes] she’s happy” on a recent episode of “Watch What Happens Live.”

Radke broke up with Hubbard in August 2023, and the cracks in their relationship have become apparent in the current season of “Summer House.”

Amidst the arguments, the former couple got into several heated arguments about his career and other communication issues.
