The Duchess of Sussex is clarifying a comment she made in a recent interview Cutin which she seems to have meant her husband Prince Harrystrained relationship with father Prince Charles.

In an interview, Meghan says: “Harry said to me, ‘I’ve lost my dad in the process.’ It doesn’t have to be the same for them as it is for me, but it’s his decision.”

While many readers thought she was saying that Harry had lost his relationship with his father, Meghan’s spokesperson told E! News that she was referring to her relationship with her own father, Thomas Markleand said she didn’t want the same outcome for her husband and his dad.

According to the BBC, a source close to Charles told Britain’s PA news agency that he would be disappointed if Harry felt their relationship was over, adding: “The Prince of Wales loves both his sons.”
