“Buffy the Vampire Slayer” actor Nicholas Brendon was hospitalized after suffering a “cardiac incident,” his sister revealed.

“Nicky is fine now, but about two weeks ago he had to be thrown into the emergency room for a cardiac incident (tachycardia / arrhythmia),” she wrote a series of photos on Brendon’s Instagram Monday shows him in the ambulance and hospital.

The actor “Criminal Minds” underwent spine surgery to heal the genital and leg paralysis that worsened after he had to sleep in a cell with a concrete floor after being arrested for a prescription fraud, his manager claimed.

It was the latest in a series of legal problems, and the actor had previously been arrested twice in 2015 before retiring to rehab the same year.
