However, Boof – whose real name is Clyde Joseph Jr. – has apparently backed away from his desire for fame when he wrote via Instagram Stories on Monday: “Growing up I wanted to be famous, but we all know you can be famous while broke.”

Boof first gained fame as a DJ on “The Wendy Show.”

The “Super Bass” hitmaker received a warning after she was briefly arrested by Dutch authorities at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport on Saturday and fined for allegedly “transporting drugs.”

She documented most of her arrest on Instagram, which included a video in which officers told her that all of her bags needed to be thoroughly searched because they had found drugs and suspected she had more.

Minaj could be heard protesting that it was a misunderstanding. She also claimed through X that the drugs found belonged to her security detail.
