Nicola, who is currently shooting the third season of this series, said that “the look is very big”.

In particular, she noted how the fashion reflects the character’s development, teasing Penelope Featherington’s future dresses: “I know it sounds silly, but it’s amazing to see the evolution of the character, her development as a woman and the cuts of the clothes.”

In addition, the 35-year-old girl previously explained that each suit requires special attention.

“We’ve already started because it’s taking so long,” she exclusively told E! May news. “They make every costume from scratch, including all the supporting actors.”

And while the cast may wear extravagant items of the time, Nicola noted that there is also a downside.

“So… Bridgertan* is back,” she shared on Instagram Stories in July. “You get sunburn when you wear a regency dress.”
