Nikita Dragun was arrested Monday night after she was caught walking naked in a luxurious Miami hotel pool.

TMZ reported that YouTuber – whose real name is Nikita Nguyen – has allegedly walked around the pool in a bathing suit and has been messy for hours.

Hotel staff claimed that when they asked her to dress again, she deliberately doused them with water and the police were then called.

However, by the time the police got there, the 26-year-old retreated to her hotel room and played loud music.

In an attempt to control her, the policemen and hotel security knocked on her door several times before she finally greeted them. But when they told her that she had to follow the hotel rules, she allegedly slammed the door.

Dragun allegedly opened the door and told the officers, “Do you want more?” before throwing a bottle of water at them. She was arrested on the spot.

After this incident, an influencer who has 8.9 million followers on Instagram was charged with beating a police officer, misdemeaning, disturbing order, and battery.

The social media star was booked at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center in Miami-Dade. However, it is unclear whether she was released.

Dragun Beauty’s founder representatives did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

This is not the first time Dragun has been drawn into controversy since he became famous on social media almost a decade ago.

In March 2017, the star was accused of “blackfishing” – a form of cultural appropriation when non-black people try to artificially darken their skin – during a campaign photo shoot.

Dragun was quick to dismiss the accusations, blaming the “lighting”, saying it proudly represents its Vietnamese and Mexican roots in the campaign.

However, just two years later, after donning box braids to New York Fashion Week, she again denied the claims of cultural appropriation.
