Nikki Glaser on Gisele Bündchen’s reaction to Tom Brady’s roast

Nikki Glaser isn’t surprised by Gisele Bündchen’s reaction to her jokes in “Tom Brady’s Roast.”

Four days after People magazine reported that the supermodel felt “disappointed,” the comedian admitted she would feel the same if she were Bündchen.

“I mean, I’d be disappointed in myself if I were Gisele too” – Glaser, 39, he told Vanity Fair in an interview published on Saturday.

The “FBoy Island” host defended bringing up Brady’s ex-wife during the May 5 Netflix special, saying she tried to “maybe say [Bündchen’s name] less than…needed.

Glaser explained: “In my last joke about her, I said ‘ex-wife.’ I tried not to mention her name as much as possible, but he is part of her story.

“That’s how I rationalize talking about someone who didn’t ask to be in this conversation,” she continued.

“Welcome Home” star Nikki Glaser made particular reference to her joke about Bündchen, “get on with it[ting] her ass was eaten by her new boyfriend”, Joaquim Valente.

“I think while she probably wants it to be a visual, it’s a joke,” she noted. “It’s not like I’m saying I witnessed it or that it happened.”

Glaser joked that getting stabbed is “a really nice wish for someone in their private life” and should “actually be pretty good.”

The stand-up star also mentioned Brady’s ex Bridget Moynahan, with whom he shares son Jack (16), during the live event.

“Tom, you are the best that has ever played for too long. You retired, then you came back, then you retired, I understand,” she said on stage. “It’s hard to walk away from something that isn’t your pregnant girlfriend.”

Moynahan revealed the news of her pregnancy in February 2007, shortly after her and Brady’s split, by which time he was already dating Bündchen.

He and the former Victoria’s Secret Angel welcomed son Benjamin, 14, and daughter Vivian, 11, after their wedding in 2009, announcing their split in 2022.

Kevin Hart also made fun of Bündchen for going further with her jiu-jitsu instructor during the roast, calling Brady an “idiot” for not seeing the romance coming.

Glaser later said on “The Howard Stern Show” that she and her fellow comedians did everything in their power not to throw the Brady kids “under the bus” while she joked about Jack kissing his dad.
