Gina Rodriguez’s husband, Joe LoCicero, “learns” to be her doul.

“He is really on a higher level”, future actress, 38 years old, headed for Entertainment Tonight her ex-partner from “Jane the Virgin” on Tuesday.

She called the 36-year-old actor “magic”, adding, “He’s definitely the better half, so I hope he’ll just go over there and get our baby out.”

The Golden Globe winner continued: “He is a martial artist, so basically … he is engulfing the struggle of my life. I wouldn’t call it a fight – I’d say it’s… I’m climbing Mount Everest, and he’ll be chasing me for it.

As for Rodriguez, he “goes to a hardcore prenatal session” and “works on [her] pelvic floor ”before the birth of the first child.

Rodriguez added that she had “played mothers” on screen before, noting, “It’s always ironic. For example: “Oh, I played mom a few times, but I’m not mom yet.”

The actress revealed in a July Instagram post that she expects by showing a positive pregnancy test in a video with her partner.

“This birthday strikes differently,” she described the material on Instagram last month.

Rodriguez and LoCicero got married in May 2019, almost a year after sharing the news of their engagement.

After LoCicero’s proposal from 2018, a bride came told us a week that she was engaged to a “very, very special man.”

“I am marrying a feminist,” squirmed a graduate of New York University at the time. “I am marrying a man who is amazing, loving, understanding, kind and patient. I am marrying a truly amazing man. This is what it is. I have met a man who knows he is human.

The pair met in 2016 when a mixed martial artist won the role of a stripper on CW Rodriguez’s show.

LoCicero made his move six months later when they crossed paths in the boxing room.
