As for whether or not the former pro football player actually wrote the controversial tweet, Sarah Al Madani said she hired a “technical team” to determine its authenticity, and the results apparently came back in Sergio’s favor. “They investigated everything,” Sarah explained, “and it wasn’t attached to his Instagram. Someone used his Twitter to promote an R&B nightclub because he was famous at the time. He said it was written by someone else to promote him.’

Brooks admitted she was “indifferent” to the issue, without revealing whether she believed the technical investigation’s findings or not. Stanbury also did not specify, but she admitted that Sergio, unlike her, is new to the world of reality shows. “And obviously he didn’t go back that far,” she continued, “but he apologized to whoever he saw fit to. Sergio is the least racist person.”
