Selena Gomez says she’s “grateful to be alive” in documentary trailer

When asked what she feels holds her back the most, she says, “That I’m not good enough. That’s what I felt a lot when I was growing up.” But Selena says she’s using her influence to reach out to other people around the world, adding, “Obviously, I’m still here to use whatever I have to help somebody.”

“I’m happier and I’m in control of my emotions and thoughts,” the actress is also seen saying in her speech at the end of the emotional clip. “More than I’ve ever been.”
