Steve Lodge criticizes Vicki Gunvalson’s claim that he is cheating on his wife
Steve Lodge calls on his ex-fiancée, Vicki Gunvalson, for allegedly lying about the betrayal of his new wife, Janis Carlson.
“I would never cheat on Janis,” says only the 64-year-old former California governor candidate.
“I have no idea what Vicki is lying about now. It’s just another act of Vicki to get attention.
Lodge continues, “She’s clearly lying again; that’s apparently pathological for her. He really needs some physiological help and he definitely has to leave us alone. “
Gunvalson claimed at BravoCon’s “Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Ex-Wives Club” panel on Sunday that her ex was “cheating on his wife” and that he had “proof”.
“A swindler is a cheat,” added a 60-year-old graduate of Orange County Real Housewives.
Gunvalson’s claims that the Lodge tends to be infidelic are not new. Earlier, she claimed that the politician cheated on her, lied to her and took advantage of her.
“When I was out of town, working on a business trip, [Lodge] she took [a woman] to my apartment in Mexico! ” she said in an Instagram post in October 2021 “He flaunts around my city at the OC, kissing in public. This is disgusting. “
The reality show star also appeared devastated due to a break-up during her performance on “Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Ex-Wives Club”, which was filmed shortly after the breakup.
However, Lodge tells us that Gunvalson’s “dramatic act” on Peacock was “just – great act and totally false.”
“She obviously had nothing else to talk about in her life, and you know how everybody is desperate for a plot,” she adds, noting that they haven’t been intimate since September 2020.
“We certainly didn’t break up while filming it, as she reported. Complete fabrication for show. “
Gunvalson previously told Page Six that she felt misled by the Lodge over the years because she said they were on the move again because they allegedly slept in the same bed together.
“If he says he didn’t cheat on me, why are you still living with me?” she told us in February. – That’s my question for him. Why did you make me think everything would be alright? Because I’ve been in it all my life. “
Lodge has confirmed that he and Carlson, 38, are dating in September 2021, the same month news of his two-year relationship with Gunvalson surfaced.
This California resident, however, maintains that his ex Bravolebrity “knows very well we were not married when I met Janis,” telling us, “Vicki and I broke up in December 2020 and lived apart in my own apartment in Mexico. I still have the lease documents.
Lodge adds that it is “absolutely gross” that Gunvalson would allegedly make up another deceptive claim about him, stating, “This is low even for Vicki. She is such a sad person.
The ex-policewoman says it’s time for Coto Insurance founder to “move on” and “remove” Steve “from her vocabulary.”
He concludes: “I really hope he gets the help he needs to do this. Janis and I are very happily married and totally in love. We are enjoying our life together and looking forward to some fun and exciting changes coming in 2023 ”.
