The judge, 56, revealed that filming for season 18 had resumed in light of the alleged Boyajian scandal.

“Guys, it’s bad,” the Bravo star continued. “I wasn’t the one who brought this up on the show…originally.”

Representatives for Boyajian were not immediately available to Page Six for comment.

Earlier this month, news broke that Boyajian, who is engaged to Jennifer Pedranti, was allegedly involved in the theft along with former Dodgers player Shohei Ohtani’s translator.

On May 8, ESPN reported that Boyajian, 46, received a wire transfer from translator Ippei Mizuhara, 39, to settle his gambling debts.

Later that day, Mizuhara agreed to plead guilty to stealing about $17 million from Ohtani’s bank account and plead guilty to two federal charges, according to the U.S. attorney’s office.

Under the plea agreement, he could face more than 30 years in prison.

The translator used the stolen funds to pay off his gambling debts, and the illegal bookmaker told him he could wire the money to “Associate 1,” whom ESPN identified as Boyajian.

“Mizuhara regularly logged into Ohtani’s bank account and initiated wire transfers from that account to the bookmaker and his associates to repay gambling debts,” U.S. Attorney Martin Estrada’s office said in a statement.

“For example, on June 20, 2023, Mizuhara accessed the account without Ohtani’s consent and transferred $500,000 to one of the bookmaker’s associates.”

Steven Katzman, Boyajian’s criminal lawyer, revealed that the reality star is cooperating with federal authorities throughout the investigation.

“Because this is an active investigation and Ryan is cooperating with authorities, he cannot confirm or deny what is happening,” Katzman told ESPN. “It is not a bookmaker or a subbook.”

However, sources say that he received immunity for his cooperation.

According to reports, Mizuhara’s illegal bookmaker, identified by ESPN as Mathew Bowyer, worked with Boyajian to spend payments sent by the translator to the casino’s “marker” accounts.

The outlet said they would deposit payments, withdraw “chips from marker accounts”, play and withdraw any winnings.

Boyajian debuted last year on Season 17 of “RHOC.”
