Taylor Swift looks glam in a deep jumpsuit at the 2022 AMAs
It’s best to believe it’s still adorned with jewels.
Taylor Swift may have skipped the 2022 AMA red carpet, but she still showed up at the ceremony in a sparkling gold outfit.
The music superstar took to the stage to accept her favorite pop album award for “Red (Taylor’s Version)” wearing a crystal-trimmed jumpsuit by The Blonds.
Although Swift, 32, may not have been wearing the title shade of her re-recorded album head-to-toe, she accentuated her AMA look with her signature red lipstick and played up the disco vibe of her outfit even more by donning full hair, flowing curls.
She accessorized it with a dash of gold and diamond rings and bracelets from Delfina Delettrez, Anita Ko, Nouvel Heritage and Vram, as well as a pair of gold sword-shaped earrings from longtime favorite Cathy Waterman.
This year, Swift is nominated for six awards: Artist of the Year, Favorite Video (for “All Too Well: The Short Film”), Favorite Pop Artist, Favorite Country Artist, and Favorite Pop Album and Favorite Country Album for “Red (Taylor’s version) .”
The star has surprised fans with a number of red carpet appearances in recent months – starting with August’s VMAs, where she appeared in a glittering Oscar de la Renta gown dripping with crystals and announced that new music is on the way.
Before releasing her 10th studio album, Midnights, in October, Swift dazzled with two more sequin looks: a gold Louis Vuitton gown at the Toronto Film Festival and a Michael Kors LBD pattern at the Nashville Songwriter Awards.
She most recently appeared at the MTV EMAs earlier this month wearing a David Koma bodysuit with a sheer jeweled cage skirt.
Now, as first announced on Page Six, Swift is gearing up for her “Eras Tour” – tickets that were so in demand that demand practically broke Ticketmaster during last week’s presale.
The “Anti-Hero” hitmaker shortly after referred to the chaotic appearance on social media, calling it an “excruciating” witness and saying: “It’s really amazing that 2.4 million people got tickets, but it really pisses me off that many of them feel like they went through several bear attacks to get it.”
