Taylor Swift shimmers beautifully on the VMA 2022 red carpet
After a three-year absence, Taylor Swift returns to the VMA.
A pop phenomenon graced Sunday on the VMA 2022 red carpet at the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ, as did Dylan O’Brien – one of the stars of Swift’s “All Too Well: A Short Film” that there are up to five awards.
And the 32-year-old Swift looked like a movie star in a sparkling dress from Oscar de la Renta, consisting of thousands of sparkling stones.
Page 6 only announced that the luminary “Enchanted” will participate in the VMA this year.
And earlier on Sunday, rumors began to circulate after Swift would be wearing this particular party-ready dress after Oscar de la Renta shared (and then immediately removed) a Reel showing the design up close, with the caption: “It shines only for you tonight ”- the lyrics of the singer’s“ Mirror Ball ”song – along with disco ball emoticons.
Swift is nominated for Music Video of the Year, Best Long Movie, Best Photo, Best Director and Best Editing for her short film “All too Well”, which also stars “Stranger Things” actress Sadie Sink, and “Blank Space” by the singer herself .
The “Folklore” favorite has remained largely out of the spotlight lately, appearing in only a few venues – including to show his movie All Too Well (and surprise fans with a performance) at the Tribeca Film Festival and to play an episode at one concert Haima Stops .
