Leah Messer has responded to fans who are “stumbling” over her breakup with Jaylan Mobley.

The Teen Mom star insisted in a tweet that she and her ex-fiancé were doing well after they ended their engagement earlier this month.

“While you are all stumbling over the reason for the breakup, we are solid,” Messer wrote on Monday night. “Refocusing and moving to better days ahead. . “

Fans apparently disregarded the message of the former “16 and pregnant” star when they turned and accused her of “selling” stories about her relationship.

“You sold every story to the press. People are invested in your relationships. It just confirms that Jaylan was around just for clout, ”one follower tweeted.

30-year-old Messer and 25-year-old Mobley announced last week that they were going their separate ways, just two months after he proposed in Costa Rica.

“We are very grateful for the lessons, development and memories we have had in this relationship,” they said in a joint statement. “So many of you have watched our love story unfold and we hope you will continue to watch our stories while we grow as friends.”

Just a few days ago, photos showed that Mobley was moving out of the couple’s West Virginia home. Mobley reportedly moved to an apartment 45 minutes from Messer’s house, where she lives with three children: 9-year-old Adalynn and 12-year-old twins Aliannah and Aleeah.
