The former Lesley Beador was temporarily banned from approaching David Beador
Former Lesley Beador, Eriks Pukke, was given a temporary ban from approaching actress’s separated husband, David Beador, before the couple broke up.
According to court documents we only obtained, the court granted Pukke’s request – with whom Lesley shares his young daughter and son – for an interim protective order on August 22nd.
It originally expired on September 14, but was extended at the request of attorney Pukke.
During this time, David 56 was unable to “harass, intimidate, harass, attack, strike, stalk, threaten, assault (sexually or otherwise), beat, mistreat, destroy personal property” Pukke or even “disturb the peace” of the County resident Orange in California.
In addition, David is prohibited from contacting Pukke “directly or indirectly in any way, including, but not limited to, in person, by telephone, in writing, by public or private mail, electronic mail, SMS, fax or other electronic means.”
David was also required to stay at least 100 yards from Pukke during the rest of the restraining order. It is not clear why Pukke made the application.
When Page Six asked Page Six for a comment, David’s attorney explained that a post-warrant civil harassment case would soon be dismissed by agreement of all parties involved on Monday. The court will document the release on October 11 after the final hearing.
Lesley did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.
Last month it was revealed that David had filed for divorce from Lesley, citing irreconcilable differences and citing the date of his separation as September 15.
The owner of a construction company had only been married to his new wife for 23 months.
By September 28, 38-year-old Lesley – who shares her 19-month-old daughter Anna Love with David – claimed she had filed for divorce after claiming that a Real Housewives of Orange County graduate had withdrawn her petition.
“I’m going to divorce. Although this is not what I expected, this is the best “- announced the actress via Instagram next to a picture of her holding Anna on the beach.
Lesley added: “I value myself and the happiness and well-being of my children. I am very grateful for the huge circle of friends and family who support me. “
A mother of three summed up by saying that she “cannot wait” for a “bright and happy future with my beautiful children.”
Earlier in her Instagram Stories, Lesley stated: “My husband applied for his dismissal a few days ago. Now let’s go back to normal programming. “
However, a public information officer at the California Supreme Court in Orange County told Page Six that there were no petitions for the divorce discontinued at the time.
The spokesman confirmed that there were no requests queued for filing as there was also no evidence of the alleged waiver request in the case file, according to the online records.
David has notably been married to “RHOC” star Shannon Beador for nearly two decades. They finalized their divorce in 2019 following his cheating scandal, which was covered on the reality show Bravo.
The former, who share 20-year-old daughter Sophie and 18-year-old twins Stella and Adeline, did everything in their power to seize power through David’s infidelity accorded to him, but ultimately failed.
In 2018, a year after her breakup from David was announced, Shannon, 58, told People that she had finally felt “stronger” without him. She has since moved in with her three-year-old boyfriend John Janssen.
