The palace provides a new royal portrait taken before the queen’s funeral


Buckingham Palace unveiled a new portrait of King Charles III, Camilla Parker Bowles, Prince William and Kate Middleton.

Two couples he posed for an appetizer on September 18, the night before the funeral of Queen Elizabeth II.

A portrait that was shared by the royal family via social media on Saturday nightby Getty photographer Chris Jackson.

Middleton, 40, stunned in a fitted black long-sleeved dress that she paired with transparent black tights and black pumps. The Princess of Wales complemented her look with hair arranged in straight curls.

Prince William, also 40, looked elegant in a classic suit while standing next to his 73-year-old father who wore an almost identical outfit.

The king’s 75-year-old wife also wore black, opting for an elegant dress with embroidered details around the neckline in the shape of a loop.

While not shown, several world leaders, including President Bidenthey were also present at Buckingham Palace for a funeral party where a photo was taken.

In the family photo, however, there were clearly no Prince Harry and Meghan Markle who returned to the royal family after the queen he died on September 8 at the age of 96.

Following her state funeral on September 19, the longest reigning monarch in the history of Great Britain was buried in the King George VI Memorial Chapel at Windsor Castle, next to her deceased husband, Prince Philip.

Harry spent 11 days in England with his wife after the Queen’s heartbreaking death. Despite the public display of a united front, the couple’s relationship with the estranged family of the Duke of Sussex did not seem to improve permanently.

Most recently, Markle (41) and Harry (38) were officially relegated on royal family partywas pushed to the bottom of the list, followed by only the disgraced Prince Andrew.

Katie Nicholl, author of The New Royals, spoke to Page Six about Harry’s ongoing dispute with Brother William.

“I think it’s very sad,” the royal expert told us. “Back when Harry was here, there was an opportunity, considering they were only a few hundred yards apart for a meeting, dinner, or some gathering where they might just try to throw things away.”
