The Robert Kraft Foundation wins the Effie Awards competition

The Robert Kraft Foundation to Combat Anti-Semitism has collected numerous prestigious advertising awards for its “blue square” campaign – which began over a year ago as “a symbol of standing against Jewish hatred and all hatred.”

His commercials were aired during the Super Bowl and Oscars, and supporters included Tom Brady, Jon Bon Jovi and other stars.

We hear that the foundation has won Clios, Epica Awards, London International Advertising Awards and more.

Its latest accolades were presented at the 2024 Effie Awards ceremony on Thursday evening at Cipriani 42nd Street, where the campaign was recognized in categories including Most Effective Current Events Campaign, Most Effective Non-Profit Campaign, and Most Effective Use of Media Innovation: Emerging and new channels.

Other brands that won awards include Molson Coors, Heinz, Tide, Taco Bell, M&Ms, McDonald’s, NFL, Lysol and more.

One attendee said: “The event was packed, so you can imagine the noise of people eating and chatting as the prizes were shown on the screen. As the foundation’s work increased, the room gradually became quieter and quieter, until it finally fell silent. It was amazing, the only time that happened all night.

The Kraft Foundation recently took out full-page ads in several newspapers featuring a heartfelt letter from the billionaire owner of the Patriots.

“As a graduate of Columbia University, I am deeply saddened by the hatred and polarization taking place today on the campus I love so much,” Kraft wrote after extended support for his alma mater in the face of unrest at the school.

“I am appalled that this hatred continues to grow and has resulted in increasing levels of physical intimidation and threats of violence that have gripped college campuses across the country,” he continued in a message included in the foundation’s announcement.
