Tiffany Haddish, Aries Spears accused of child molestation

Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears were accused of nursing a 14-year-old girl and her 7-year-old brother, forcing them to shoot sketches, according to a new lawsuit obtained by Page Six.

Comedians are being sued by siblings identified as Jane Doe, now 22, and John Doe, now 14, in the law. Jane, who is also John’s legal guardian, is the plaintiff both individually and on behalf of her underage brother.

Their mother claims that she and Haddish (42) met through comedy and developed a close relationship during their divorce.

“We were both going through a divorce,” said the mother Daily Beast, the first point informing about new products. “Messy, messy, messy, messy divorces … We just got real, really cool, super close.”

According to the lawsuit, Haddish called his family “every birthday and every Christmas.”

In 2013 – the same year Haddish divorced William Stewart after five years of marriage – actress “Girls Trip” made a guest appearance at a summer camp attended by 14-year-old Jane.

Around this time, Haddish allegedly told Jane that she had discovered a “perfect role” for a teenager in her own ad. According to the lawsuit, Jane and her mother were aware of the details of the shooting, while Haddish and Spears, 47, knew the plot.

In the filming, Haddish allegedly taught Jane how to imitate fellatio in a sketch about children arguing over a sandwich.

“I tried to imitate what they wanted me to imitate, but it still found it just very uncomfortable,” Jane told The Daily Beast. “When I got out of the booth, I knew I wasn’t doing what they wanted me to do.”

Haddish paid Jane $ 100, according to the lawsuit, before sending her home.

Jane told The Daily Beast that she initially did not tell her mother about the alleged incident.

“I didn’t tell anyone how strange I felt then,” she said.

A year later, Haddish allegedly contacted the sibling’s mother to inform her that she was interested in her younger brother, John, for a sizzling Nickelodeon reel.

The lawsuit alleges that the 7-year-old was molested by Haddish and Spears while filming a disturbing video published by Funny Or Die and other online platforms, titled “Through the Eyes of a Pedophile.”

A representative from Funny or Die told The Daily Beast in a statement: “Funny Or Die found this movie absolutely gross and would never have produced such content. We were not involved in the conceptualisation, development, financing or production of this movie. It was uploaded to the site as user-generated content and was removed in 2018 as soon as we were informed of its existence. “

In a statement to Page Six, Spears’ attorney Debra Opri said, “He’s not going to fall for any trials.”

Haddish’s attorney Andrew Brettler reiterated that the lawsuit was an extortion attempt.

“The plaintiff’s mother, Trizah Morris, has been trying to pursue these false claims against Mrs. Haddish for several years,” said Page Six.

“Every lawyer who initially dealt with her case – and there were several – eventually abandoned the case when it became clear that the claims were unfounded and that Mrs Haddish would not be shaken,” Brettler continued.

“Now Mrs. Morris has an adult daughter who represents herself in this process. The two will face the consequences of this frivolous act together.

Both siblings say they have developed debilitating social disorders.

The siblings also say their mother tried to settle a $ 15,000 settlement with Spears in connection with an alleged sexual harassment movie. They sue Haddish and Spears for damages.
