Tom Brady And Gisele Bündchen Divorce Gets ‘Unpleasant’
[ad_1]
Things get “unpleasant” between Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen after their marriage breaks up, the sources say.
Page six has revealed that Bündchen has hired a top Florida divorce lawyer to face Brady as the pair appear to be heading for the end zone.
Insiders say Bündchen hired Tom Sasser, managing partner of the law firm Sasser, Cestero & Roy.
A West Palm Beach divorce attorney dealt with the stable of high-profile clients, including Tiger Woods during his divorce from Elin Nordegren.
Sasser also represented Jeff Gordon in his bitter divorce from his wife Brooke in 2003 which turned into a battle for the net worth of a NASCAR driver but was eventually settled.
A source said: “The situations between Tom and Gisele are very unpleasant because of the lawyers. They are ready to fight. “
“Tom and Gisele don’t fight for children, they both want to be cared for together. But it will take time to distribute their immense wealth and fortune around the world, ”the source adds.
Bündchen, 42, and Brady, 45, have two children – 12-year-old son Benjamin and 9-year-old daughter Vivian, and 15-year-old son Brady Jack with ex-Bridget Moynahan.
As we revealed, Brady and Bündchen have lived apart for the past few months after an epic fight and now they want to split their multi-million dollar empire.
“I don’t think there will be any comeback now. They both have lawyers and are wondering what the split will mean, who will get what and what the finances will be, ”the source says.
Bündchen and Brady’s 13-year marriage broke up after an NFL star decided to retire from his football career.
In September, we reported that the couple got into an “epic” argument over his refusal to throw the towel over his career – despite announcing his retirement in February.
“There was trouble in the marriage because of his decision to retire. Gisele was always the one with the children, ”the informant told us then. “They agreed that he would retire to focus on his family, and then he changed his mind.”
Brady and Bündchen’s representatives did not respond to us.
