Tom Brady focuses on work and children following Gisele Bündchen’s divorce
Tom Brady focuses on football and the family after his divorce from Gisele Bündchen “playing in front of many people”.
During the Monday episode of his Sirius XM show “Let’s Go!” The NFL quarterback talked about juggling work and personal life after breaking up with his wife for 13 years.
“I think there are many professionals in life who go through the things they deal with at work and with at home,” he said.
“Obviously the good news is that this is a very friendly situation and I really focus on two things, taking care of my family and certainly my children and secondly, doing the best job I can to win soccer games.” .
He continued, “So that’s what the professionals do. You focus on your work when it’s time to work, and when you come home you focus on the priorities that are at home. All you can do is the best you can do. I will just do it as long as I work and as long as I am a dad. “
Brady, 45, said he hopes to be like his parents and will teach his three children – 15-year-old sons Jack and 12-year-old Benjamin, and 9-year-old daughter Vivian – how to keep their head high in the face of adversity.
Since their split, Brady has kept his word as he has been spotted spending time with children at the movies and volunteering at the food bank.
Brady first took care of his divorce after he and the Brazilian supermodel announced the news on their social media accounts, and Bündchen confirmed they had split up.
“My priority has always been and will always be our children whom I love with all my heart,” wrote 42-year-old Bündchen. “We will continue parenting together to give them the love, care and attention they deserve.”
However, fans seemed to think the model overshadowed her ex-husband by saying “my priority” instead of “our priority” given that she allegedly left him to choose football over their marriage.
In a statement, Brady also added that it was a “painful and difficult” decision to end their relationship after 13 years.
Court documents obtained by Page Six revealed that the former couple had taken a four-hour “family stabilization” course a few days before filing for divorce, claiming their marriage had been “irretrievably severed.”
The documents also showed that they agreed to a marriage settlement in their multi-million dollar empire – which will remain confidential.
